I have really been noticing how sweet food actually is lately. I’ve been eating better for a while now and things have begun to change.
I am currently at work earing before my shift, and sat down to eat some tomato bisque along with some veggies and chicken. And I swear this soup tastes like candy. It’s absolutely nuts how different everything has once you get used to not eating it everyday.
I’m curious, what food did you guys first notice this with?
